What to expect when you sell your house…

  1. Schedule an appointment with the Karen Kull Team to determine your Wants and Needs.
  2. Meet with the Karen Kull Team to discuss Marketing Trends and Pricing of your house.
  3. Seller to review and sign the Listing paperwork.
  4. We will schedule an appointment with our Professional Photographer.
  5. Seller to provide a key to the house. A Lockbox will be placed on the house and a Sign will be installed in the front yard.
  6. House is now ACTIVE in the MLS. Showings can start immediately.
  7. We will put our Marketing Plan into Action.
  8. Seller will receive an offer. We will guide you in evaluating and negotiating all offers.
  9. Buyer will order a Home Inspection. Any repair requests will be discussed/negotiated with the Home Seller.
  10. The Lender will order an appraisal and will give a Clear to Close once the Buyer has met all financing conditions.
  11. Closing Day! Buyers will do a walk through of the house just prior to closing.
